Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you have 14 days from the package delivery date to request a return. Most items can be returned within 14 days.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for shipping fees, which vary depending on the country and will be deducted from the total refund amount. Additionally, any customs duties, taxes, and initial shipping fees paid by the customer at the time of purchase will not be refunded. Customers are also responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or charges incurred for the return of the product. We recommend that customers familiarize themselves with their country's customs and duties policies before placing an order.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must meet the following requirements:
- New and in its original packaging with tags and labels attached, including the dust bag, brand box, and shoebox.
- Unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.

Things to keep in mind
- Do not apply stickers directly to the shoe’s original packaging.
- Hosiery, lingerie and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seal attached.
- Hosiery must be in their unopened packaging.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments.
- Avoid wearing perfume or makeup while trying on items.
Items that do not meet these standards or fail to comply with the specified conditions will result in the return being denied.

Return Process
You'll need to provide proof of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@choosh.com specifying the order number and item and reason for return. We'll send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without a return request will not be accepted. Your return should be sent back from the same country of delivery.

We monitor customer returns and reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion. Excessive returns may result in the closure of your Choosh account.

If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately at customerservice@choosh.com. We'll respond to your return inquiry within 24-48 hours.

Non-returnable items
Some items, such as perishable items, may not be returned. Perishable items include, but are not limited to food, flowers, plants, and custom-made products.  We do not accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Our online store does not support direct exchanges. However, you can return the item you received and purchase the desired item separately. This ensures the fastest processing time for your order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email notification regarding the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please note that refunds can take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider. Any difference in the amount refunded depends on the changes in the exchange rate and will therefore not be refunded.
