Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: February 2025

Welcome to the Choosh Affiliate Program! By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Affiliate Commissions & Payments
•    Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on all approved sales.
•    Commissions will be processed at the end of each month after the 14-day return window has elapsed for each sale.
•    If a sale is made in one month but the 14-day return period extends into the next month, the commission will be paid at the end of the following month.
•    The minimum payout threshold is $50. If an affiliate has not reached $50, the balance will roll over to the next month.
•    Payments are made via bank transfer.

2. Fraud Prevention & Violations
To maintain a fair and ethical affiliate program, we strictly prohibit fraudulent activities, including but not limited to:
•    Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link).
•    Using fake or stolen credit cards to generate commissions.
•    Cookie stuffing (placing tracking cookies on users without their consent).
•    Misleading promotions, including false discount claims or unauthorized brand partnerships.
•    Spamming (sending unsolicited messages, emails, or social media spam to promote Choosh).
Any affiliate found engaging in fraudulent activities will have their account terminated immediately, and any pending commissions will be forfeited.
